The owner was able to find medical help moments later as their vet told them they did the right thing by stopping the bleeding.

When a dog began choking on a grape Max guided the owner through the Heimlich Manoeuvre
When a dog started choking on a grape the panicked owner messaged Max to get emergency advice. The dog was struggling to breathe, the grape wasn't visible, and the dog started drooling. Max guided the owner through keeping their dog calm and guided the owner through exactly how to perform the Heimlich Manoeuvre, saving the dog's life.

Saving a dog's life when they ate chocolate
When an owner gave their dog chocolate by accident Max guided them through how to support their dog
When the owner accidentally gave their dog chocolate (which is toxic for dogs) Max activated Emergency Guidance, told the owner chocolate was toxic and this was a medical emergency, and used Emergency Guidance to support the owner. Max told the owner not to induce vomiting, to take their dog to the vet right away, and to keep them comfortable and cool when travelling

Warning an owner of an life-threatening condition they didn't know their dog had
When a dog began facing symptoms of a rare internal bleeding emergency he helped the owner to get support
When an owner thought their German Shepherd just had an upset stomach, Max recognised the critical combination of pale gums, abdominal swelling, and weakness. Max activated Emergency Guidance, identified this as a life-threatening internal bleeding emergency (ruptured splenic hemangiosarcoma), and instructed the owner to get to an emergency vet immediately. The owner rushed their dog to the clinic where emergency surgery confirmed the diagnosis and saved their dog's life.
