Today, four dogs are alive because of conversations their owners had with Max. We ask dog owners to trust Max with some of the most stressful moments of their lives: when something feels wrong and they need answers fast. That trust is not something we take lightly. These policies exist to protect that trust. They protect you, your dog, the people who use Max every day, and the team who work to keep him safe and accurate. Every rule on this page is here for a reason. If you are ever unsure whether something crosses a line, ask anyway. Max will tell you, and in most cases he can help you reframe your question to get the guidance you actually need. If your submitted content violates our usage policies, Max can issue a Safety Stop.
