dogAdvisor is structured across two separate organisations: our US and UK branches. Depending on your jurisdiction you may make agreements with different versions of dogAdvisor. dogAdvisor Co (our US company) is registered in the United States, in Delaware. Both our branches work together closely but certain technology, innovations, activities, and agreements may be held in different organisations. Because of this structure, the financial position we report in the UK may differ from previous years. Where required, we'll continue to file statutory accounts with the appropriate authorities.
