Using Clinical Briefs

Activate Clinical Briefs

Clinical Briefs will activate only by request of an owner. Max will only ever generate a clinical brief with your direct permission - but may suggest when a clinical brief is recommended, such as after Emergency Guidance or Medical Intelligence. It takes a few seconds for your Clinical Brief to be prepared and delivered to you.

Clinical Briefs get to work

Clinical Briefs gets to work, searching through our entire database of medical insights and your entire conversation (with your questions and his responses) to share detailed insights over what was discussed, what Max suggested, and any further steps Max may advise you to take. Clinical Briefs are designed specifically to be shared with vets and contain insights for them, as well as a link to dogAdvisor Max directly so they can see how it works for themselves.

Clinical Briefs Audit

What it does

Clinical Briefs allow you to export your conversation, Max's responses, and his insights in a plain text that you can share with your vet or another qualified medical professional. They are designed to work for vets.

Accountability

We clearly explain to vets that Clinical Briefs don't answer all of their questions and may not always get things right - this is normal: the feature is designed to assist vets, not make recommendations on their behalf.

What you need to remember

Clinical Briefs are designed for medical and veterinary professionals - so they may contain insights that aren't directly shared in your conversation. Like any Max feature, Clinical Briefs can make mistakes. By using Max or Clinical Briefs, your vet or medical professional is agreeing to dogAdvisor's Terms of Service.
