Intellectual Property
We take any and all action at our disposal - within the law - to protect our intellectual property and to protect the innovations that are rightfully ours

Trademark Protection
The dogAdvisor® brand name is registered as a trademark with the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) under the Trade Marks Act 1994. This registration protects the dogAdvisor name across services classes including AI-powered pet care, emergency response systems, veterinary guidance, software platforms, and related services within the United Kingdom.
Common Law
Beyond formal registration, dogAdvisor asserts common law trademark rights through continuous commercial use and trading under the dogAdvisor name since August 2024 across multiple jurisdictions. Common law trademark rights arise from actual use in commerce, establishing protectable interest in the mark through demonstrated use, investment, and commercial reputation. Common law trademark rights are enforceable against confusingly similar use in the same or related services categories. Rights extend to all jurisdictions where dogAdvisor has actual customers, operates infrastructure, provides services, conducts marketing, or has commercial presence. The global nature of internet-based services means common law rights extend to all jurisdictions where dogAdvisor's platform is accessible and from which users access services.

Protected Visual Content: All photographs, graphics, design layouts, icons, visual arrangements, animations, video content, and multimedia presentations. Protected Software Code: All custom source code, application logic, algorithms, code libraries, database queries, integrations, automation systems, and technical implementations.
