We reject traditional academic elitism and we do not care where you studied, but do care about raw intellect, high capability, and your drive to execute. Everything you build directly elevates your professional profile, unlocking senior references, attributions, and verifiable contribution!
You can choose one (or more) of three paths, each expected to take about 2-3 weeks.

(a) You will systematically challenge cutting-edge language models, reasoning engines, and multi-modal systems using highly sophisticated test vectors.
(b) You will analyse the internal safety protocols, refusal mechanisms, and alignment boundaries built into advanced architecture.
(c) You will synthesise complex behavioural datasets, iterative test outcomes, and qualitative experimental findings into structured, highly analytical research frameworks.

Within this programme track, you'll dive directly into digital architecture, pushing the frontier of design to uncover how user systems behave under interaction.
(a) You will systematically challenge cutting-edge visual languages, brand narratives, and multi-modal interfaces using highly sophisticated design vectors.
(b) You will analyse the internal navigation flows, friction points, and user journey boundaries built into advanced applications.
(c) You will synthesise complex interaction datasets, iterative prototyping outcomes, and qualitative user feedback into structured, highly analytical creative frameworks.
Strategic initiatives represent the most complex structural, commercial, and operational innovation of our generation. As deployers scale, ensuring they're navigated reliably and competitively is one of the defining challenges of business. Within this programme track, you'll dive directly into market evaluation, pushing the frontier of strategy to uncover how operational models behave under pressure.
(a) You will systematically challenge cutting-edge business models, market dynamics, and operational systems using highly sophisticated analytical vectors.
(b) You will analyse the internal risk protocols, structural bottlenecks, and competitive boundaries built into advanced organisations.
(c) You will synthesise complex market datasets, iterative strategic outcomes, and qualitative executive findings into structured, highly analytical problem-solving frameworks.
❶ Proof of work and market signals: Everything you produce (where an AI safety stress-test or strategic analysis) is yours to showcase on your personal portfolio, unless decided otherwise. We maintain internal records of your submitted deliverables to provide you with a clean, verifiable, paper trail of your outputs to share with hiring managers during technical interviews
❷ Powerful professional backing and references: We provide real human verification and senior-level backing that carries actual weight in the professional world. If submitting exceptional quality deliverables we'll offer a formal highly detailed letter of recommendation outlining your specific analytical rigor, technical capability, and project ownership. You're a good fit if you hold a proven record of mastering complex and challenging tasks quickly, if you don't wait for a manager to assign you tasks or hold your hand, if you genuinely enjoy pushing your limits and going down intellectual rabbit holes, and if you prefer building, testing, and writing over endless planning. ETP is designed to be exceptionally flexible, intellectually enjoyable, and genuinely exciting, giving you the chance to work directly with the AI company building at the future of applied AI safety. We typically attract young talent.
There are zero minimum hours, so this is a fit for people who like flexibility over their time and can dedicate a few hours on your own terms. It is designed as a flexible, zero-friction alternative to traditional internships, giving you unrivalled industry proximity, direct senior references, and verifiable proof-of-work without binding employment contracts. Of course you can participate while studying or working another job because this programme is explicitly designed to run alongside full-time university, job applications, or other commitments.
You do not need a computer science or technical education at all.
