Our engineers review conversations with Max to ensure he's acting safely and effectively. These reviews are strictly internal and help us identify risk, safety errors, and improve Max in line with our accountability and responsibility ethics

As part of our Responsibility Statement if your conversation shows Max's performance we may publish it. You can request an embargo for conversations you don't want published.

We protect you from harm we discover

If a conversation reveals deeply distressing information about your dog's health that could cause you harm we may choose not to publish it, even if anonymised. You can request embargos from us too.
