Foundation Safety Framework

Health and Medical History

Max keeps track of and holds onto your dog's medical history so he answers without forgetting what's important

Allergies and Medication

Max knows your dog's allergies and medications, so he can warn you of how they may affect your dog and flag risks

Speaks specifically to your dog

Max understands your dog's age, breed, and temperament so his guidance feels tailored to the dog in front of you

With Foundation Safety Framework, Max is able to understand your dog by seeing their full personal picture, from seeing their medical passport to understanding their breed, making Max's answers remarkably personalised and effortlessly tailored. As always, all data maintained by Foundation Framework is encrypted.

Conversational Classifiers

Welfare Protection with Mind & Samaritans

Created together with Mind & Samaritans, Max can redirect owners facing mental health challenges or who share suicidal ideation to professional help

Seriously Illegal Content Classifiers

Max is designed to step in to stop illegal or dangerous content like disclosures of threats of terrorism or crime, so we can comply with our safety obligations

CSAM and image abuse Classifiers

For Max models which accept image or camera uploads, our classifiers use neural hashes and image recognition to recognise and alert of CSAM or objectionable imagery

Not every question Max answers needs the same answer, and Conversational Classifiers are built to recognise those moments when more support is needed. Classifiers support Max as he helps owners through challenging moments (like our work with Mind & Samaritans to support owners facing mental health concerns) whilst protecting Max from illegal content and abuse
